Returns
- Discounted items purchased using a promo code are not eligible for returns.
- Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
- Accessories and white clothing are FINAL SALE.
- If you receive an incorrect item in your order or there are missing items email us at info@lustbombboutique.com
- Item will only be accepted in its unused/original condition.
- We do not issue refunds. Returned items will be exchanged for STORE CREDIT.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If packages are stolen we will try our best to help but we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
Return Guidelines
- Email us at info@lustbombboutique.com regarding the item/s you wish to return and wait for approval.
- You must email us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Please include order number in your email.
- You will have 14 days from day of approval to return item/s.
Cancellation Guidelines
- Contact us at info@lustbombboutique.com with your order number if you wish to cancel an order.
- Orders may only be cancelled before items have been shipped
- 'Made to order' purchases must be cancelled within 24 hours of the time of purchase
Damaged Items
- If you receive a damaged item in your order email us at info@lustbombboutique.com
- Please provide supporting evidence of damage.
- You can choose to send the item back in exchange for store credit or the same item (if in stock).
- You will have 14 days after we have emailed you back to return the item/s.
Store Credit
- Store credit is non-transferable.
- Store credit does not expire.
- You will be issued store credit 24 - 48 after your return has been processed.
- We will email you when your store credit is available.
