  • Discounted items purchased using a promo code are not eligible for returns.
  • Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
  • Accessories and white clothing are FINAL SALE.
  • If you receive an incorrect item in your order or there are missing items email us at
  • Item will only be accepted in its unused/original condition.
  • We do not issue refunds. Returned items will be exchanged for STORE CREDIT.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If packages are stolen we will try our best to help but we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Return Guidelines

  • Email us at regarding the item/s you wish to return and wait for approval.
  • You must email us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Please include order number in your email.
  • You will have 14 days from day of approval to return item/s.

Cancellation Guidelines

  • Contact us at with your order number if you wish to cancel an order. 
  • Orders may only be cancelled before items have been shipped
  • 'Made to order' purchases must be cancelled within 24 hours of the time of purchase

Damaged Items

  • If you receive a damaged item in your order email us at
  • Please provide supporting evidence of damage.
  • You can choose to send the item back in exchange for store credit or the same item (if in stock).
  • You will have 14 days after we have emailed you back to return the item/s.

Store Credit

  • Store credit is non-transferable.
  • Store credit does not expire.
  • You will be issued store credit 24 - 48 after your return has been processed.
  • We will email you when your store credit is available.
